Products selected for our Black Friday promotion cannot be exchanged.

There is limited stock available for the Black Friday Promotion. Customers will be limited to receiving one promotional product per order.

We are not liable for purchases made without consulting a medical professional.

Damaged Goods:
Should products arrive damaged Anti-Aging Art will replace the product within 48 hours after being notified of issue.

Damaged products need to be reported with 24hours of receipt of same complaint.

The above is subject to product availability.

Reactions to products:
Should a product cause a skin reaction, Anti-Aging Art will not be held responsible as there was no advisory role undertaken in the selection of products.

Incorrect Products:
Should a client order an incorrect product for whatsoever reason, Anti-Aging Art will not be responsible for same.

Dissatisfaction with product:
Anti-Aging Art does not accept any liability for products which do not meet client expectations as they are accepted from the supplier as suitable for the marketed purpose.

The suppliers details will be provided in the event that a client is unhappy with a product.

Refunds or returns:
Should a client wish to return a product for a full refund or exchange same – this must be done within 7 days of receiving the product.

The above is subject to the products being in their original packaging and being unopened and reusable, this includes any labels still being intact. Furthermore, the client will be responsible for courier costs to return products and receive new ones in the event of an exchange.

Time frames:

Clients can expect to receive orders within 5-7 business days. Orders made after 12pm will be dispatched the following day, please take this into account when expecting to receive orders.
